Limestone Hall Wedding by Los Angeles Wedding Photographer Brandi Potter
Man. This wedding.
This is what weddings are about. Coming together to celebrate two extraordinary people who love one another with everything in them. Chris and Mark have an amazing community surrounding them. I didn’t realize exactly how amazing until their rehearsal dinner (not pictured). Their friends are multi-talented and literally put together a variety show for them. One of their friends even wrote the most amazing fairy tale about a Prince who sets out in search of a Princess and returns home with the Prince of his dreams. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been this awe struck by a group of people before, and all of their talents.
The wedding day was an even better day, if that’s at all possible. Their friends and family laughed, cried and cheered the entire day and I honestly don’t think there was a dry eye in the room during the ceremony. They also all know how to party which made the reception exceptionally fun to photograph.
This wedding was also unique in that I was hired and so was Ayna, independently. This never would have worked out if the four of us weren’t already friends, and I honestly wouldn’t have agreed to have another solo shooter there had it not been this perfect situation. It was definitely an interesting experience, and one I’m not sure I’ll ever repeat (just to keep this one special). I wouldn’t change a thing about any of it.
